I'm on new epilepsy medication and find this more tiring than the chronic kidney disease. I'm grateful for the few side effects I have but put these down also to other health conditions I have

Hello everyone,
How are you doing today?
Fatigue is one of the most common and draining symptoms of chronic kidney disease. Whether it’s due to the condition itself or treatments like dialysis, it can seriously affect quality of life.
How do you cope with fatigue day to day? Do you have routines or habits that help you manage your energy levels, such as diet, rest, or focused physical activity? Maybe you’ve found some tips that help you stay active despite feeling low on energy?
