Hello everyone,
How are you doing lately?
Many people living with HIV experience sleep disturbances, which may stem from the side effects of treatments, stress, anxiety, or even physical symptoms like pain or night sweats. Poor sleep can affect mood, energy levels, and overall health. Have you noticed any changes in your sleep since your diagnosis or the start of antiretroviral therapy? 🌙
What are your best tips for achieving restful sleep (e.g., herbal remedies, routines, relaxation techniques)? Have you noticed differences after switching treatments or during specific periods? How do you manage fatigue if you don’t sleep well?
