Hello All,

I am writing to see if I am able to make contact with someone who has had the Frontalis Sling procedure? My mother was diagnosed with blepharospasm in late 2019. She has found it very difficult to cope and though having a variety of treatments they have sadly had little effect.

She is now considering the Frontalis sling, before she undertakes this fairly extreme procedure she would ideally like to speak to someone who has had it done. This is to listen to their experiences and understand the pros and cons and maintenance requirements.

If anyone is able to offer us an insight into their experiences we would really appreciate it.

Thank you for starting this discussion, I believe it is a very interesting topic we can share our thoughts on. Living with blepharospasm can propose a lot of challenges and I hope your mother will be able to find the best treatment to cope with her condition.
