Hi @pancake
Air fryers are all the rage these days! I'm sure one of our Carenity members can give you some recipes or their general feeling regarding them.
I'll tag a few members for them to give their opinions.

Do you know about air fryers? Do you have one? What do you typically make in it? Do you think your meals are healthier or easier to control?
Let's share!
Take care,

I bought a Tower airfryer for my new home, It is my main way to cook now, I do have a microwave, but never really liked them , the airfryer is great, (it is one of the 11l ones with a drop-down front and rotissary, the food is really good, - I have never tasted chicken like it, really succulent. I have also been baking my own bread, again excellent results, a 500g loaf cooks in 25 minutes.

I followed the hype and bought a N inja. I now realise that the value depends on what and how you cook. I cook mainly from scratch. The air fryer seems well geared up to ready meals, which I rarely have. It does fabulous chips, and roasties. I have even baked a sponge in it. However I do prefer my combi microwave which has made my main oven redundant. The combi even proves and bakes our bread.
The Air Fryer has been easier to clean, I bought a silicone liner, which goes in the dishwasher. I am all for an easy life!

We have had an air fryer for well over a year now. My husband loves it, as he is the main cook due to my epilepsy. We do not use a stove even though there is one here but also have a convection microwave oven that does roasting and more. We love the equipment we have, find the microwave useful for vegetables and the air fryer for sausage, stir-fries, chips, pasta, etc.

Hello Carenity!
I was thinking of getting an air fryer, I was thinking it would be a good alternative way to cook foods that dont have added fats. I have struggled with Ulcerative colitis since 2014 and I am always paying a lot of attention to what I eat. I've seen some videos on social media about dishes that can be prepared using this new kitchen gadget and I have hope. I just don't want it to be another thing I buy and use for a second then forget. What are oyu experiences with one?
Thanks!
