I am type 2 with underactive thyroid and high blood pressure. Struggle to loose weight and occassionally fall due to lack of cartiledge in ankle area which causes leg bones to jar and makes knee joint suddenly move forward and cause fall. I am female 81. Seeking advice please. M.B. 9 thApril 2020
