I like to prepare a bowl Of Granola high-fibre breakfast cereal and top it with a dribble of Carnation Evaporated Milk, a quarter of a teaspoon of ground nutmeg and halved blackberries and halved blueberries and quartered strawberries and top it off with 2 level dessert spoons of Greek natural yoghurt.

I try to focus on low-carb options and high protein. A girlfriend gave me a recipe for egg "muffins" that you can make in a muffin tin that are very easy and quick to make. I try to put lots of lovely veg in them when I have it (spinach or pepper are good).

I conjured up a beautiful healthy breakfast of a tin of no added sugar Heinz baked beans warmed on the hob of my lovely little black shiny Bush electronic stove in a saucepan which I added a teaspoon of Flora light margarine to and moderate salt and pepper and I stirred it all the time with a brown wooden spoon and grilled two slices of Kingsmill 50/50 bread in my lovely little Silver and black electronic toaster. Every mouthful was a taste sensation. I love good old English beans on toast!
