Hi Rahul,
I go to therapy, just to talk through things, try to calm me down. It helps, but by no means is it the only thing I need. The routine of having a set meeting every other week is a bit calming and helps me focus.
I'm curious to hear about other people's experiences.

I take each day as it comes, try to have a focus for that day. Today is pretty good, but it gives me a nudge every now and again. H

Living with anxiety and other mental illnesses
Suicidal thoughts, not coping, how to get treatment without carrying out my plans?

Hello everyone,
How are you doing 😉
ADHD or Attention Deficit Disorder with or without Hyperactivity is a common psychiatric disorder. There is no treatment that can cure it.
Nevertheless, once diagnosed, management is used to reduce symptoms.
The treatment strategy may include:
Other approaches are proposed such as neurofeedback, homeopathy, massage therapy, the Tomatis method, a nutritional approach, with additional vitamins and minerals and also dietary restrictions.
What are your treatments or those of your relatives? How effective are they? What are the side effects? Are you or your loved one undergoing therapy?
