I have definitely found that i have an increase in pain when I am stressed or depressed.
As someone who has Arthritis in my knee, I do find that if I am concerned about other physical issues, the pain in my knee decreases. I dont know if that is because my mind is occupied.
I find that meditation definitely decreases my pain.

I take each day as it comes, try to have a focus for that day. Today is pretty good, but it gives me a nudge every now and again. H

For many people, pain during depressive episodes might include:
Managing both depression and pain can feel overwhelming, but techniques like mindfulness, gentle exercise, and therapy can help break the cycle.
What about you? Have you noticed that your depression increases your physical pain?
Which types of pain do you experience most during low periods?
What strategies or treatments help you manage both depression and physical discomfort at the same time?
