I'm so sorry that you have had those awful thoughts. Like Gilda has mentioned in previous comment, have you seen a specialist, a gp or a maybe a mental health specialist ?? You've made a positive step in coming on here to ask for help / advice, and that's really good. Keep communicating, family, friends, anyone, your never on your own and trust me when I say, no bad time lasts forever. I do speak from experience. Let us know how your getting on, and as I said your never on your own.

my sucical thoughts have come back and nearly acted on it over weekend and keep get thoughts in head what do i do ?
