unfortunately I am not aware of Aspergers as I have not experienced this condition nor know anyone who does.
@Sasha555 I hope other members are able to support you with your question/query and that you find it easier to control the mood swings which you are struggling with.

Mood swings are a big part of ASD. And more so when there are changes in the near future. Winter Xmas schools body ... The list is endless. Its the fight flight systems kicking in. A diary can help to find out what her triggers are. And keep a sensory tool box on hand. I traffic light mood board helps if she is will to use it along with you. I hope this helps.

I take each day as it comes, try to have a focus for that day. Today is pretty good, but it gives me a nudge every now and again. H
