My husband has CD and while I cannot personally feel his symptoms and "uncomfortableness" I know he is suffering. I try to empathize as much as I can with him. Listen to his complaints, do what I can to help him throughout his day, and tell him how much I love him. I hope it makes his days a bit better....

My CD has been really challenging these past few weeks, I am normally fatigued and a bit sweaty but the past few weeks I just have a feeling of being extremely uncomfortable. I don't know how else to describe it. I know living with a chronic illness, we always live in a constant state of uncomfortableness, but it is exceptional at the moment. Maybe it is a pain but perhaps my pain threshold is higher and makes me perceive it as a dull-uncomfortable. Do you experience this as well? What can I do to make it go away?
