Hi Treemoth, thank you for opening this discussion! It's true that chemotherapy can be daunting before you start! Let me tag some other members who can possibly share with you. π
Hi everyone, how are you today?
For those of you who have undergone chemo, how did you prepare for it? Have you heard of fasting before chemo or a preparatory exercise programme? Can you share about your experience with chemo?

Chemosounds daunting.
A pre chemo exercise program can help I believe. Does anyone know about this?
I am also interested in fasting as a preparation for chemo and would like more info on this.

Wishing everyone well
