Hello everyone, how are you feeling lately?
After cancer treatment, many people experience the fear of recurrence. It’s completely natural to feel anxious about the possibility of cancer returning, especially around the time of follow-up appointments or when noticing new symptoms. This kind of anxiety can sometimes feel overwhelming and even affect daily life.
How do you cope with this worry? Does anything help you remain vigilant about your health? Or have you perhaps found something that helps distract you from these thoughts?

Feel free to share your advice for someone newly in remission who may feel the same fears, it may help them a lot.
