Hello everyone, how are you coping in lockdown? Has it had an effect on your bipolar disorder? Has it made your mood or symptoms worse? Better? What do you do to feel better?

Today better,but I don't think lockdown will work for a start ,two nurses have covid even though had the vaccine,I struggle on my benefit ,just to get the flat looking nice,been here a year,

Been having blips night time highs because I'm having trouble getting off to sleep. Just moved house so that's stressful enough but doing it in lockdown when your restricted to who can help is even worse. Plus I'm working from home.

Yes as vaccine is now being rolled out the lockdown ,can't go on forever ,influzrna as well
