Hi
I read an article in a magazine in the medical office the other day. It spoke of a few foods that can help someone better manage bipolar. Salmon, turkey, legumes, probiotics, and dark chocolate. I'm don't remember the details of why it can help. Has anyone heard of this? Has anyone experienced it helping with episodes?
