Nucala (mepolizumab) injections for severe asthma: Experience, opinions, advice?

Do any of you use Nucala injections to treat your asthma? If so, have you had any problems with it? Have you had issues injecting it? Or have you had side effects? Do you find that it helps your asthma?

Hi i have been on mebo injections 3 years and they have changed my life. No longer need steroid boosts or have chest infections. My only downfall now is that I have nodular perigo all over my body and can't get any ease of itching and pain.

I was originally on Olizumab but it made very little difference (if any) to me. I have Eosinophilic Asthma. I was transferred to Mepolizumab which made a big difference as I have had no attacks since then. Last year my consultant suggested I try Benralizumab which has made another positive difference and the next move is to try and get off Prednisolone. I have been very lucky in that I haven't suffered from side effects from any of these treatments but have had side effect from prolonged steroid use.
