Hello all,
How are you today? Have you seen this older discussion?
As you may already know, asthma patients are recommended to have an asthma action plan, which is a written plan that reminds you or anyone with you of:
- The medicines you take daily to prevent asthma symptoms and attacks
- What to do if you symptoms worsen
- The steps to take if you're having an attack and when to call 999
So, do you have an asthma action plan? Where do you keep it? Is it written on paper or do you keep it on your mobile? Did your GP or asthma nurse help you set it up? What kind of information does yours include?

Take care,

You can work with your doctor to create a personal asthma action plan. The plan will describe your daily treatments, such as which medicines to take and when to take them. The plan also will explain when to call your doctor or go to the emergency room.
Have you made an action plan? Did you did it yourself or had the help of your doctor?
Has it helped?
