Hello @carolineF, I hope you're feeling okay now!
I'm really sorry to hear that you were experiencing difficulty breathing without your inhaler. It's definitely a challenging situation, but remember to stay calm since stress can worsen your symptoms. In the future, please consider carrying a spare inhaler and don't hesitate to seek medical assistance!!
I'll go ahead and tag a few members of our community who might be able to share their experiences and some advice with you:

@Somya.P I have a blue inhaler in every room, my emergency medical bag, my dog walking bag and coat pockets. I have learnt the hard way to always have access to a blue inhaler..Now it is even more important with asthma, COPD and secondary sarcoma lung cancer ( and I have never smoked)

Go to the nearest Chemist and seek help, they can do a lot for you and contact your GP in an emergency. It is better than ending up in A&E!

Not sure if it's in my head but I'm out right now and I'm having some trouble breathing. It'll be a while before I get home. This rarely ever happens, what should I do?
