@faroes He might be a bit young, but there are breathing exercises that help us to feel less like we're choking during an attack. For me, that was always the most frightening part of having an attack.

Hello,
My 4 year old son was recently diagnosed with asthma. I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. How do I explain his condition to him and help him to be less scared?
