Hello everyone,
How are you today? Have you seen this older discussion?
Do you have any allergies? If so, do they affect your asthma in any way? Is your asthma allergy-induced? How do you manage your allergies?

@Courtney_J I was always told that asthma and allergies go hand in hand. I have a terrible time with hay fever in the late spring/early summer with the grasses and certain trees and on bad days it can trigger an attack. I usually take antihistimines when they're acting up and will take more of my inhaler when I need it. I try to keep the windows and doors shut and wash my hair and change my clothes when I come in from outdoors and that helps a bit.

I have terrible allergies to dust central heating air flow systems. And get very breathless wearing a mask for work.

Hello @destiny05, thank you for your comment! I've moved it to this pre-existing discussion. How do you manage your allergies? Does your asthma inhaler help?
Does anyone else deal with allergies on top of your asthma? How do you manage them?

@Courtney_J I am on antihistamine medication as well. But it only helps so much.
