Hi Michael,
Thank you for posting this. My mum was diagnosed not long ago and we are still trying to figure out how to manage it. We have not yet tried an occupational therapist but it seems like it could help, at least at these early stages. I am spending so much time there I would like to trust that I can leave her for longer to get back a few of my hours.

Hello Members
We recently published an interview with, Jessica, an Occupational Therapist who explains how she helps patients living with conditions such as Alzheimer's to preserve their independence and quality of life for as long as possible. If you'd like to read it, click on the link below. I think you'll find the information very useful
>>>EXPERT INTERVIEW: ALL YOU WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY<<<
Has anyone had experiences with occupational therapy? Did you find it helpful in preserving your independence or the autonomy of the person you were caring for?
I'd love to hear your thoughts on the matter.
Sincerely,
Michael from the Carenity Team
