Ingredients 4 Number of people
Shop bought wraps/ Tortillas
2 breasts of chicken
1 fresh red pepper
1 red onion
mixed salad
Mayonnaise
piri piri seasoning
Directions
prepare by dicing the chicken into strips or cubes, its your choice. roughly cut onion and pepper, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil or vegetable oil to it and sprinkle piri piri seasoning on it. depends on how spicy you like it. add a little oil to a frying pan or wok warm it up and then add all the ingredients you have prepared to pan on a medium heat. next take your wraps and warm in microwave or oven according to instructions on packet or you may have cold if you want. Squirt mayonnaise onto wrap and spread all over one side with a spoon. when chicken is cooked add to wrap with some mixed fresh salad and wrap. serve with chips or have by themselves. enjoy
Notes/Tips
you can add different spices it doesn't have to be piri piri I also use BBQ seasoning sometimes.
