Ingredients 2 Number of people
1 Onion
Garlic
Tinned Tomatoes
Mixed Peppers
Stock Cubes
Mixed Herbs
Salt & pepper
or Aromat
Tomato purre
Enough Pasta for Two people
Cheese (optional)
Directions
Heat oil in frying pan
Chop Onion, Garlic, & peppers
Fry until soft
Add Tinned Tomatoes
Put stock cubes in a mug & Dissolve with boiling water
Slowly stir them in.
Add Mixed herbs & other seasonings.
Simmer for 10/15 as long as it takes for pasta to cook.
Blend up mixture I use a hand Blender.
Drain Pasta & stir in sauce.
Notes/Tips
I add a little Cheese,You can add parmesan. Less Calories,but still get a nice cheeey Flavour :) you can get a pot of it for about £1 in most supermarkets.
