Ingredients 4 Number of people
1LB Rye flour
1 Large tub plain yoghurt (your choice) probiotic or live or not.
1 tablespoon Baking soda
1 tablespoon Sesseme or Olive oil Half or teaspoon salt
Bread can be sweet, savoury or plain
Options chopped nuts and fruit
Ginger or if savoury sundries tomatoess or olives
Directions
In bowl mix flour & yoghurt a plastic glove is good or palet knife
Add rest of ingredients then and mix well
Poor on greased baking tray in mound for rough appearance or a loaf tin for neater
Cool for 45-60 mins at 160 depending on your oven
Voila, delicious bread with no eggs or yeast
