Crispy chickpea snack

400g tin of chickpeas
1tsp olive oil
Salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Drain the chickpeas and rinse with water. Then dry them a little with a tea towel. Put in a bowl and add olive oil. Stir to cover all the chickpeas.
Spread chickpeas on a baking tray covered with baking paper and sprinkle with fine salt. Roast in the oven for roughly 30 minutes, until crispy.
Notes/Tips
Great alternative to salted peanuts and less greasy!
Use a mix of salt and chili for a spicy version- or sugar and cinnamon for a sweet version. The options are endless.
