Thank you for advice.

I was also on Lansoprazole regularly which was issued on a monthly basis, but the Pharmacist was the one that told me not to take Diclofenac ever again.

Amazing that we listen to the Pharmacist but not the Doctor!

At the moment all I am taking is Ranitidine; whether it helps or not heaven's knows!

Stay well.

Hi Les,

I take both Lansoprazole and Ranitidine at the moment, the last one as liquid, also recommended by the Chemist. They all work in different ways but I have no issues at this time other than liquid Ranitidine and Metformin are foul tasting.

Many thanks!

Should I need anything in the future, will speak to the Pharmacist again re the combination above.

Take care.

A Pharmacy warned me about Diclofenac many years' ago and I stopped taking it.

Sure enough it gave me stomach ulcers and gastritis, which I now take regular medication for.

I learnt my lesson the hard way!

Not taking Ranitidine either any more... Lansoprazole only.
