I can put up with the haemorrhoids and the weak bladder, but relief from spondylosis - a right pain in the neck - would be heaven sent!

The chronic fatigue with brain fog related to AS and to, just for once, wake up feeling refreshed instead of so awfully tired.

Not being able to sleep and therefore constantly being tired. I can't think straight and get so frustrated with myself when I make stupid mistakes just because I am so tired .

Would be good to be able to go for a walk further than the front door without gasping for breath.
