I was told she was half jack russell and half wire haired terrier from the people I brought her from :-) My mum just thinks she's a micro colly LOL!

I don't want to change to subject but what are your thought's on these new yuppie type dogs where they cross a Labrador with a Poodle and call it a labradoodle. My thought's are there a cross and 10 years ago you couldn't give them away now they want ££££'s for one.

As we are now one our 4th beautiful Standard Poodle, I totally agree. Used to be they would be given away as mongrels! 

I used to own a Labradoodle many moons ago, she was a beautiful lady, so petty and gentle, missed her at the end so much, however she wasn't then named as a labradoodle she was as she was, a mixed breed, mongrel. I can't understand how people pay silly prices for what is really a mongrel, giving them names to make them sound,like a genuine breed, saying KC registered etc. I am not keen at all on what people are doing playing around,with genes like this, then wondering why dogs behave badly, bite etc, grr. Madness.

I had four sheltie's but they died of old age I lost  the last of the  four this year

I will get another one 

But not just now it's a bit soon

They were my kid's because they are just part of your family

I use to show the little one at obedience 

Sheltie s not only look pretty Marie vit are so loving, just go ahead get one. We have two Japanese Spitz dogs, Father and Son, sadly we are struggling giving them the exercise as neither of us fit! We try as our dogs deserve it, they are so loving, loyal and just great company, I tell them all my secrets, struggles etc.
